For CMV, they can depend on the ISP configuration (that's what we did
for eagle-usb in eagleconfig : the appropriate CMV file is chosen,
depending on the ISP, which allows to have different CMV for free
dégroupé and free non dégroupé if it were needed, for example)
So we need to do a beatiful wiki page with provider and a link to the
good cmv (we could use the windows cmv and the provider description).

PS : I have the impression that windows driver load RTBLD3 for eagle3
(and may be eagle2) chipset and rtbldep for eagle. But that's a real mess...
