I just enabled 100% zoom in preview in CVS. At some point I plan to improve the code to make it more responsive, but for now it works reasonably, at least if you have a strong computer.
On older computers, the preview freezes for 10-20 seconds when switching to 100% zoom. It also freezes when setting WB, denoise threshold or interpolation.
