UFRaw uses a copy of the DCRaw X-Trans demosaic algorithm. It is in the file
dcraw_indi.c. The UFRaw processing path is not identical to DCRaw but some of
the code is at least similar. One of the things I know is missing is to update
the half-size interpolation algorithm used for previews to support the X-Trans
sensor. The latest version of DCRaw has such support.
