We have created slices greaterthan 15GB. It should not be a problem. If you can enable debug log and send me across the file, it would be great help. do the following. bash$export DEBUG=1 bash$hdinstaller The debug log will be in /tmp/debug.log I don't have a box here to reproduce the issue.
