No No No.... I made a mistake while posting the message. The partition c0d1p1 is Fat 32 it is the extended ntfs partition namely c0d1p5 which i had mounted using prtpart.
When i tried to mount the c0d1p1 ( again a fat32 partition ) it gave me this error. This message posted from opensolaris.org
