Anilkumar,

Check the operating frequency of your monitor (in the manuals or on the 
Menu of the monitor).

Then, log into the machine in text mode. Edit the /etc/X11/xorg.conf 
file and add the following lines to it :
-- snip --
Section " Monitor"
Identifier "My Monitor"
HorizSync 31.5 - 50.0
VertRefresh 40-90
EndSection
-- snip --

If you already have the monitor section then add the lines for HorizSync 
and VertRefresh with the appropriate
frequencies.
