Inline with what I do - use a flash tool to capture the activity on the
terminal window and generate the swf. I use a nice little software called
wink(http://www.debugmode.com/wink/download.php) which has a windows version
and a GTK based linux version. It is a "freeware". Linux version is an older
one.

Alternative can be a simple script (shell/perl/tcl) that plays back user
inputs and the system output. This should be straight forward if
input/outputs texts are captured.
