Hi All,
I am working on a plan on how and what we should be doing to
grow the OpenSolaris community. I have identified the following listed
domains as the areas where we will primarily focus on to grow
the community
1. Academia - includes (university,students,professors,colleges,lab
infrastructure)
2. Developers - includes(sysadmins,other communities)
4. Existing Customer references - (VP's.sales folks from customer
companies)
5. Industry leaders - (Ex: Narayan Murthy)
In these domains there are are number of activities that we can do to
make people aware of and adopt OpenSolaris. Would like to get a list of
these ideas from you.
It would be great if you all could send me your thoughts by end of
Tuesday that is the 22nd of August.
I am also attaching a mind map for your reference.
