Hello everyone, I will be leading the CHOSUG participation to the LinuxDays in Geneva (June 3-4-5).
We will need some volunteers for each days. I've created a Doodle event where you can register: http://www.doodle.com/szxdqad2y356452y I've separated each day (9:30 to 17:00) into 4 periods to give participant as much flexibility as possible but it'd be better (but not required) if you came for at least 2 consecutive periods. As for the infrastructure, we will have a table with some hardware (a monitor, a WIFI and ethernet internet connection), some goodies (T- shirts, medias...) and that's quite all, but that should be enough. I'm not sure about food and beverage, I'll update you about that. We'll prepare demos that we will play on demand or scheduled. If you can provide automated demos (scripts, videos, slideshow...) that also works as I'll bring a monitor and some computer to run that in loop. Those automated demo should be sent to me by May the 25th, so I can test them on the demo hardware without hurrying too much. Now, when filling up the Doodle pool, you should add a comment if you have a demo of some sort. I guess that's all for now. Have a nice day. -- Nicolas Goy Crazy Programmer and Optimization Bear http://goyman.com http://kuon.goyman.com -------------- next part -------------- A non-text attachment was scrubbed...
