Hallo, ich versuche seit Tagen SXCE b64 downzuloaden, jedoch ohne Erfolg. Wenn ich auf den Link zum Download klicke, und mich dann beim SDLC einlogge, bekomme ich die Fehlermeldung "Fatal Error: We're sorry, an unexpected error occurred, so your transaction cannot be completed at this time. Please help us resolve this error as soon as possible by e-mailing our support department at ( Download Center Customer Service ) the name and/or URL of the page you were on and a copy of the following error message:
There was an unexpected problem creating the Sales Order." Der Fehler tritt nicht nur beim Versuch auf SXCE downzuloaden, sondern auch bei anderen Produkten (habe es mit Sun Studio und Solaris 10 noch probiert). Mein Account ist aber in Ordnung, ich kann mich an und abmelden und meine Daten ansehen/aendern. Hat jemand aehnliche Probleme, bzw. eine Idee was die Ursache dafuer ist? Gruss, Jan
