There's nothing up the Lightroom standards. If you just need to convert 
your RAW files, "dcraw" is a commandline tool that works.

The closest thing would be Bibble running in an LX branded zone, but 
that's not open sauce. These applications don't lend themselves to open 
source, probably because of all the clever, patented image processing 
routines they use.
