Hi all, Clearing out some unloved junque - figured somebody might have a job for it since I haven't touched it in years.
FREE. No cost. FREE: HP SureStore SCSI/Fibre Channel Bridge - dual FC cards. Could also be stripped and ratted for a pair of PCI HBAs for HP machines. Datum GPS NTP Server - "TYMSERVE 2000". An indeterminate number of a 1GB and 2GB SCSI 3.5" drives. About a dozen Maxtor Tahiti 1GB Magneto-Optical carts; new and sealed. Box Hill/Dot Hill FC Loop JBOD. Copper connections only. Could be ratted for PSUs and fans? No promises on finding all the sleds for it, but the sleds are dead simple anyway. 2 x Vixel Fibre Channel loop hubs. Working. Don't need 'em since I have a pair of SureStores. Might even include some GBICs. HP SureStore DLT-8000 tape library, missing cartridge. Assorted somewhat vintage yum-cha PC parts - lots of - mail with what you're looking for and I'll see if I've got it. Vintage dates from 4.77Mhz 8088 to Pentium-III vintage. No hard drives. Nikon LS-1000 film scanner - SCSI - working. Scans slides and 35mm film strips in a little holder (included). Pair of RDI SPARCStation-5 class laptops, one working, the other zorched. No batteries but they were shrink-wrapped nicad D-cells anyway. Senao A/B/G wireless access point, requires proprietary power-over-ethernet adapter which isn't included. Three-thread overlocker, needs tuning, oil, foot pedal and the patience of Job. Assorted laptop bags of the usual variety. Free items will hit the trash in a week or so, so jump in before they end up in landfill. Pick up from city, day and night. No warranty on free items. Less free: 35mW Blue single-line Argon-Ion laser head, mounting block for head, air ducts, blower fan and power supply. $350, feel free to barter instead.
