Hey all!

Last months talks around Solaris development and contribution, EOF and
code removals, ZFS dedupe and Boomer all attracted great comments, so we
are going to continue with the close to Solaris themes for a while. :)
Materials are on the MSOSUG site now.

This months is going to hit Solaris Crash Analysis and something else
that I have forgotten. If anyone remembers what it is, please include
the topic in your RSVP. :)

See below for topics/speakers.

Please respond in the positive OR negative ASAP so Pizza and Drinks can
be planned. :)

Where?
Level 7, 476 St Kilda Road, Melbourne,
When?
Wednesday December the 16th, 2009 at 18:00 for general
discussion.

Speakers start at 18:30 sharp, with Pizza arriving somewhere around
20:00ish.

Speakers / Topics will be:

    - Gavin Maltby and Nathan Kroenert: Solaris crash dump analysis.
What you can do post dump, and what you can find by poking
      around in it.

    - Depending on how long Gavin and Nathan take with dump anal-
ysis, another talk, the subject of which I have completely
      forgotten. Maybe Sun Ops Center??

Soft drink, coffee/tea and Pizza will be available. (YES - FOOD.)

**If you plan to attend, please reply NOW to
nathan.kroenert at optusnet.com.au so that we
can plan for seating / pizza / drinks!**

To anyone who meets with or talks to folks interested in Solaris: Please
let everyone know about the meeting, the time and the date. We would
love to continue to continue to grow the group.

A note on access: The Lifts in the building and entrance to Level 7
automatically lock early in the evening, so access will be provided by
Sun folks on-site. A sign will also be placed close to the ground floor
lifts with a contact number, should you arrive after the start of the
meeting.

If you are interested in Solaris, doing interesting things with, or on
Solaris, we want YOU!

See our opensolaris project page:

                ug-msosug at opensolaris.org
consider joining us! (See the project page above for details!)

Cheers!
