Hey all!
Hope y'all enjoyed Andre and I manning up and doing VDI from scratch
last month. We did, and it was rewarding to demonstrate real software
working without smoke and mirrors (Or powerpoint!).
This months is ALL OpenSolaris all the time. We'll be hitting you with a
number of short sharp discussions on what's happening in Solaris land,
and some of the new stuff that is out there. See below for topics/speakers.
Please respond in the positive OR negative ASAP so Pizza and Drinks can
be planned. :)

There are a whole raft of pending EOF plans too...

is Solaris audio better for it?
- Nathan: ZFS Dedupe: It's here, so what does it mean to you?

own stuff
- Open Slot, depending on how long Gavin thinks he'll take with
the above.

**If you plan to attend, please reply NOW to
nathan.kroenert at optusnet.com.au so that we
can plan for seating / pizza / drinks!**
To anyone who meets with or talks to folks interested in Solaris: Please
let everyone know about the meeting, the time and the date. We would
love to continue to continue to grow the group.
A note on access: The Lifts in the building and entrance to Level 7
automatically lock early in the evening, so access will be provided by
Sun folks on-site. A sign will also be placed close to the ground floor
lifts with a contact number, should you arrive after the start of the
meeting.
If you are interested in Solaris, doing interesting things with, or on
Solaris, we want YOU!
