Netters   It is that time again when we are going to close the year, that we look into our files to find out who has impressed you the most. Who has touched your heart, who has done something that you have found very interesting that will make you remember 2002. This can be from the best to the worst. Just to remind you, the Rwandese took the nomination last year for being the worst citizens by telling Ugandans that they were the people who brought peace in Uganda, a country we all know is in anarchy. So we are opening up the forums today for your submissions of who must we remember this year for the good or bad thing/s he/she has done in 2002.   The communication group will take all entries, study them and then in the week ending the year we will post the best that will be received. Send all your  suggestions to me privately and then we close 2002 as we have done always. There are forums where this is new so just try to walk with us for we do this every year end. Good morning.
