I've failed to understand what point you're trying to make in your first
paragraph. Maybe someone can translate it for me.
As for the capital being in Buganda, I thought I had made my position clear to you sometime ago when considering the same issue. If you've forgotten, I'm telling you again that I really wouldn't give a damn if the capital is moved out of Buganda to somewhere else. What I give a damn about though is that Kampala remains part of Buganda. Its that simple really.

PS.
You still haven't answered my question, namely how exactly this will affect your life.

Kasangwawo
Are you saying that the positioning of Uganda capital in a non issue? I do
not think so. But you see I have already addressed this issue but you guys
just do not want to accept it. Look here we have Buganda with a monarch, now
debating issues of a capital of a nation yet we still have monarchies
clumped by Museveni, like the Ankole's. And you think that will sit with
Ugandans or after Museveni's departure then all will be torn into pieces?
Or you are thinking that all Banyankoles are so dumb and they will go as by
Buganda's decision on the capital of their nation? Just what are you
thinking?
And I say, Let Buganda start thinking very seriously on moving from Kampala.
Let us go to places like Bamunanika and we buy all the land we want and let
us developed our cultural institutions with our cultural leaders. This will
take our king/kingdom out of the political fray. Places like Lubiri Bulange
High court and so on we can rent them to international institutions and they
can generate an enamours amounts of moneys to run our kingdom than becoming
jiggers institutions. If we refuse that proposal, then Ugandans must move
and fast to set up a new capital of Uganda out side Kampala and Buganda for
that matter, for we need a capital which is independent of political
corruption. Lake Kyoga comes into mind, if Ugandans made Kampala a capital
surely they can start another one.
And that will let Kampala be taken by Mengo and then we see how it develops.
You know 5 years from now it will be glittering as Bulange is glittering
now.
