priests or the ones only who did not cheat? How do you get those numbers?

Most UPE City Candidates Pass In Division One
UNIVERSAL Primary Education (UPE) schools in Kampala
did well in the 2002 Primary Leaving Examinations with
over 60% of the candidates in passing Division One.
John Eremu reports that Shimoni Demonstration School
which had 512 candidates had 335 or 65.4% in Division
One, 161 in Division Two and six in Three.
Nakasero Primary School with 364 candidates had 244
(67%) in Division One. Nakasero's candidate, Assumpta
Nantume topped Kampala district. Bat Valley Primary
School registered a 59.6% pass or 179 of the 300
candidates in Division One.
UPE schools have huge classes following the 1997
introduction of free education for four children per
family. Sir Apollo Kaggwa - Mengo, a private school,
had all its 59 candidates in Division One.
