Mwaami Ssenyange
It is very sad on what you went through, and that is what we have been
telling people all along. And you are lucky to come back alive, we have now
two families from the States that were killed for their being expected to
have money. Uganda is in anarchy and all these are the fruits of the
lawlessness that we have hatched due to our complacency and thinking that as
long as problems are in Northern Uganda we are okay.
Now I have a question for you, now that you have just come back, how can a
new government change that mentality in Uganda to make the population
responsible? How do we reverse that psyche which kills at will and lastly
how do we collect all those loose guns that Museveni has put in Buganda?
Remember almost all Baganda are militarily trained and they are the ones
breaking in people's houses, how do we collect them?
Over to you.
