"UPDF soldiers were destroying people's houses and grabbing their land". That sounds like the truth to me. This representative of the long-suffering people of Acholi was doing his job. It's the soldiers terrorizing the wananchi who should be arrested for sedition because their actions are surely causing disaffection among the citizens.
