"UPDF soldiers were
destroying people's houses and grabbing their land".  That sounds like the
truth to me.  This representative of the long-suffering people of Acholi was
doing his job.  It's the soldiers terrorizing the wananchi who should be
arrested for sedition because their actions are surely causing disaffection
among the citizens.

But tyrants never learn, or do they?
