Museveni will not and cannot arrest Kazini or for that matter Salim Saleh for their role in the looting of DRC resources, an action which the United Nation and members of the international community may call for. Why? because Kazini and Saleh are some of the very pillars upon which the Movement is built. Remove Kazini, and Salim Saleh, then Museveni and his Movement are pretty much gone.
I tend to hold the view that Yoweri Museveni himself should also be held personally accountable for the looting of DRC natural resources. United Nations investigations and subsequent reports on the looting of DRC resources, have concluded time and time again (even if Museveni , as is often the case, denied), That Museveni, through his sycophants and middle men was indeed involved in the looting of DRC resources.
Like I have often pointed out, under a functioning parliament Museveni would have long been impeached for the crimes against DRC and it's citizens. But the we do not have a functioning "parliament: in Kampala. what passes as Uganda parliament is nothing short of a group of NRM sycophants who support the dictatorship in Kampala as long as they can line up their pockets with Museveni's dollars!

Recently Museveni was claiming that the defective hilicopter case was still open, and that action might still be taken against his brother. Now this diamond business has been dropped in his lap. Let's see what action he takes. Obviously Porter had some evidence. Let's see if Saleh will be arrested the way Candida was, with further investigations pending.
