dfwa-u notice statement
Those who are joining the dfwa-u note the following:
1. Contact the acting chairman ([EMAIL PROTECTED]) OR bwanika can be contacted but his role is organising party activities and laying down strategies for its development.
2. Party colour is RED for both economic and political strategic reasons. Printing booklets, party t-shirts, etc., in multiple colours is costly. We are fighting corruption not supporting it.
3. The symbol is a ROSE FLOWER since flowers are grown in Uganda but exported elsewhere. Flowers are very cheaper to buy and give to party faithful. DFWA-U members will then be able to buy the same boost local flower industry giving to the farmers as to workers. agriculture support but also a good environmental strategy!
4. The basic reason why dfwa-u was created was not to steal public funds but to protect to farmers and workers interest and to give them a forum where their basic issues can be articulated i.e. taxes for : housing, education, pension, transport, medicare etc.
5. I have discussed all suggestions for party names - they are many and we can't have all names. Some good, some personal and others general. We have therefore suggested that we're not going to divert from the original idea. FARMERS AND WORKERS TAXES FOR SOCIAL JUSTICE which is our motto and as the party is posed ideologically to see that taxes paid by the people of Uganda are for what they intended for- SOCIAL JUSTICE.
7. Ugandans are 99% farmers at least every Ugandan has a piece of land or communally own one in trust. This is a very big electorate.
