Matek, do you think that only northerners should ever live or visit the north? That tells me that all the priests and non northerners you obtain information from and which you post on this forum, are spies. So according to you and the UPC, only northerners should reside in the north, once a non northerner shows knowledge of the north, he is either a spy, ISO or journalist. So then Matek let use your logic and ask these questions to verify whether you are a spy in Buganda; Have you ever been to Kampala, do you know anything about the terrain in Buganda? if your answer is yes then you are a spy. Also some common sense will tell you that not army in the world (not even the Americans in Iraq) can afford to have helicopters 24hrs in the air (not to talk of UPDF which imports all of its fuel at a high cost) besides how many helicopters does UPDF have? remember Uganda is not the richest country in world you know. As for uniforms anybody can get uniforms, when i was a teenager in another african country, growing up, we used to make fashonable clothes from military uniform, they weren't hard to find. As for big guns it is common knowledge that Sudan has been supply Kony and thugs weapons over a period of time and even if they may have cut off support to Kony, Kony may well still have a cache of weapons hidden anywhere in lawless southern Sudan or along the borders where there is little or no security presence from both sides. A little common sense can also be applied here.

Musaazi ( in the above statement) seems to imply that he has been to
Northern Uganda..and that he has observed first hand the terrain in the North.

It then becomes clear that Musaazi is either a journalist, a tourist, ISO
Spy, or was/is a soldier of the UPDF. The fact that he has very good
Knowledge of the UPDF and the military suggests that he was a Kadogo in the
Museveni's Army.

Musaazi, base on your observation above, was it therefore possible that
Museveni's Kadogo and NRA guerillas, during the Luwero War , were able to
obtain UNLA army Uniforms? ..and that they would Use this army uniforms to murder
citizens in Luwero and claim that it was the UNLA which did the dirty did?
