This washwahili from Kenya  , simply stated, are really stupid!.   Indeed one must  be an idiot to negotiate any sort of agreement  with Kaguta's  NRM military dictatorship which would allow the  Turukani to graze their livestock in Uganda. The fact is,the Washahili  should have realized, Museveni NRM military dictatorship has no authority what so ever in the  Karamojong region inhabited by the different Karamojong tribes with their Militia backers. In fact some have argued that it is the UPDF itself masquerading as  Karamojong cattle rustlers who then turn around to steal cows  from Karamojaland.

I am fed up with this Idiot in Kenya. Pay for your stupidity!  you deserve the!

Nairobi Kenyan pastoralists lose 4,000 animals to Ugandan thieves Eighteen Turkana pastoralists are feared dead after cattle rustlers attacked them while grazing their livestock in Uganda.

The raiders, suspected to be Karamojong, stole more than 4,000 animals. The attack in Kabong area of Karamoja District was carried out, despite the fact that the Government had sought authority from Uganda for the pastoralists to graze animals in the neighbouring country.Mr Loki Adome, a former MP for Uganda and Water assistant minister John Munyes were present during the negotiations.

Kabong borders Turkana North, which is represented in Parliament by Mr Munyes.Mr Munyes told the Nation that it was regrettable that the Ugandan Government did not give his people protection after negotiating with them early this month. He said they had negotiated for the pastoralists of Lokichogio, Apua and Oropoi to cross over to Uganda to seek pasture and water after the area suffered drought. He appealed to the Ugandan Government to intervene and recover the animals.

Mr Munyes said the Kenyan High Commission in Uganda was pursing the matter. An official at the embassy confirmed the incident. He also said Foreign Affairs minister Kalonzo Musyoka had contacted the Ugandan Government to have the animals recovered. He said one of the solutions to cattle rustling was for the Kenyan Government to construct a water point in each location in Turkana.

"The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth becomes the greatest enemy of the state."
