Luweero district Chairperson Hajji Abdul Nadduli has said the war in the North will not come to an end unless the leadership of the Northern Uganda apologizes to the Baganda.

Nadduli says that the war in the north is a curse from Buganda’s spirits following the atrocities on Buganda by national leaders who originated from the North.

He said this while addressing hundreds of Movement government supporters who had gathered at Makerere University Primary School.

Nadduli also slammed the Uganda People’s Congress for talking ill of Constitutional amendments. Nadduli says UPC members have no right to debate on the matter since Obote abrogated the 1962 constitution.

Nadduli further urged President Museveni to give the desired respect and property that traditional institutions need.

He says Kingdoms like Buganda, Busoga, Ankole, Bunyoro and Toro lost a lot of property and heritage during the merger to create Uganda.
