How come New Vision does not carry a picture of those same (or other) officials at Kibuli Mosque in this story?

The story is about Muslims and Federo, so why use a Namirembe photo?

Is there, perhaps,  a subliminal message from New Vision?

Muslims pray for federo

HUNDREDS of Muslims thronged Kibuli Mosque on Friday to pray for the Kabaka and Buganda in their struggle for federo.
The former deputy Mufti, Sheikh Zubair Kayongo, led prayers for the restoration of federo.
The Government should be considerate and take up Bugandas request, Kayongo said.
The Lukiiko speaker, Mahabubah Ssemakalu, earlier read a message from Katikkiro Joseph Ssemwogerere appealing to all Muslims to pray for Bugandas federo quest.
As you know, the Kingdom and the Kabaka are in tough times and we are mourning because the Govern-ment actions have led us to lose hope in getting federo. I therefore urge you all to pray hard as we mourn such actions, he said.
