Postings to Ugandanet and LUG have slowed down and there are lotts of complaints. Currently there is a backlog of over 3000 mails trying to be processed by the server. Most of this mail (99.99%) is SPAM.
I have increased the threshold and are nearly out of RAM processing the spam. Please bear with me as I try and clear the problem and get us back in working order.
