Baganda MP caucus in parliament
- First I congratulate your honourables upon having got ebyaffe, a
regional tier and new districts. Surely 72 Baganda MP caucus were a force to
reckon with, now that our fellow Banyankole boost of three more districts minus
obugabe.
- Your honourables, last time I almost laughed myself off my feet I was
on the third floor, I think of Bulange the Lukiiko and guess what the fine
floor woodwork left behind by the colonialist, was almost stumped to thread
like dirty piece of African wood works.
- Exactly, the same thing Ive seen in our great near to dirty Uganda
parliament in Kampala city.
- Dont become a minister or an RDC to get bodyguards but a ragga, R/B
Uganda pop star - One musician super star has become a tycoon acquiring

- Weve grown up children here, still attached to their parents in some
ways making student/parent struggle for education more fierce and intense.
- First, students sell off their parents land or anything saleable, to
get education, these are male who cant sell their bodies, and then they get it
half way. Afterwards they fall into debt if they can borrow from a village or
family friend.

of Kampala to a real capital of Uganda, by the way has been to Wakiso town

- Dear Honourables, to be a student in Uganda implies not to fall sick
otherwise if not lucky, youll just wither away. Bringing me to another issue
do we have any form of PUBLIC HEALTHY CARE in Uganda NO
- Enter the parents a promise of bonna bagaware (socialisation of
treasures) is long over due. For they parents, most of them are currently
trapped between being respectable parents and /or associates in education
consumption with the wretched children.
- From primary to higher schools, education for children simply means get
poor and poorer and poorest. A chain reaction to a corrupted society, wo/men
bad relationship in our times (divorce rates), children, youth delinquency and
abandonment.
- I congratulate you for having supported Members of Parliaments
remuneration increment - this time they will work harder.
- Society is surely collapsing in front of our very eyes. If you do not
get it, just imagine a relationship between a child and parents and parents
desire to offer the best to a child with bear hands and NAADS. I congratulate
you.

- MPs Salary at 1,416,000 plus Gratuity (30% of salary) at 424,800 a lot
of work therefore seating allowance of 104,000, subsistence allowance 3,210,000
a monthly constituency allowance at 500,000 average mileage travel allowance
1,521,320 and medical allowances 2,400,000. if you cant beat them then join
them!
- Constituency Development fund announced recently stands at 10 million
plus increased allowance per seating of 46,000 bringing it to 150,000 a piece.

AGRICULTURE PIGLETS HERE AND THERE
1. Two years ago a woman councillor in Luwero confided into me that
National Agricultural Advisory Services (NAADS) and hybrid crops is a total
failure and therefore the entire project is only a retention of poverty I
refused to agree with her.
2. Today, I do, after a thorough investigation. Government should know
this.
3. Clonal/ed Coffee! The peasant Friesian (hybrid) cattle in Mbarara.
4. Conservation Biology Uganda has indigenous plants and animals,
however these might be history given to the propensity by which new plants and
crops are introduced, succeed and fail.
5. A poor person, the peasants, cannot by marginal means manage hybrid
crops and animals they have genetic material foreign to our environmental
conditions, necessitating high drug, pesticide and herbicide input.
6. Secondly soil fertility must be guaranteed, through constant synthetic
fertilisers, for high crop production rates, the first crop might succeed but a
second fails there and then attacked by bacteria (wilt), worms, and pests you
name it, in regard to animals.
7. In the same vein a peasant spends all her/his earning, as an end result
is left absolutely poor.
8. Hybrid crop and high produce crops implying production output is so
high in a primarily low consumption country- hence most of the produce go to
waste or fetch a low prices.
9. Flower and fish export is booming thank heavens peasants at long last
are saved.
