FORMER ministers, Mr Amanya Mushega and Mr Richard Kaijuka are expected to address a public rally and a meeting in Ankole region on Sunday.
They will be joined by some opposition politicians.
This will be their first public appearance to talk about politics openly since they left the Cabinet.

The theme of the meeting will be “Uganda at Crossroads in politics, which way Uganda?”
According to one of the mobilisers, Mr Odo Tayebwa, who is the district chairman for the Forum for the Democratic Change (FDC), Mushega, who is the East Africa Community General Secretary and Kaijuka, will address a meeting of about 1,000 invited guests at Katungu Mothers Union hall in Bushenyi town. “We have already sent letters inviting all elders, religious leaders, leaders including the RDC,” said Tayebwa.
He said FDC supporters like Maj. Gen. Mugisha Muntu, Mr Augustine Ruzindana and Ms Miria Ma tembe are expected to attend the meeting.
