This is were some us us have issues with the US Policy pertaining to the conflict and the resulting Humanitarian disaster in Northern/ E
astern
Uganda. The United States cannot and should not talk about encouraging the Ugandan dictatorship to seek a peaceful avenue to resolve the the Northern to resolve the Northern Uganda Crises, while in the meantime and from under the table, the some US Government is promoting wars in Northern Uganda by it's on admission supplying militay and and logistical assistance to dictator Yoweri Museveni's NRM Military dictatorship.
Indeed, by now after what can only be described as 20 years of failed US Policy pertaining to Northern/ Eastern , as evidence by the fact that the war in Northern and Eastern Uganda continues unabited , one would think that US Policy would emphasis the peaceful avenue to resolve the conflict Northern and Eastern Uganda other then the Military aspect. Further still, haven't the people of Uganda suffered long enough as a result of wars
