I have always wondered as to why this Super Powers often develop even more expensive dangerous weapons to kill even more people!
They claim they want to kill people with Greater accuracy then ever.
Conventional wisdom has it that NO single nation can "win", in the real sense of the word an all out war, were nuclear weapons are used without really destroying the World as we know it? So now why all the saber rattling?
