investigation quietly using their powerful French Secret Service.....and one of
these days if Museveni and the wakina Kazini Mavii Ya kuku are wanted at the
Hague for war crimes against Humanity.. you see Murder is a crime which does
not have statutory limit..That means It can be prosecuted anytime no time
limit..even many years from now.

French need President Kagame and seriously, for on the documents I have read
the French as signatories of the 1998 Rome Treaty are asking the ICC to indict
Kagame, so they are under no illusion in doing what they are doing. They are
hunting him way passed the French laws. Which makes me wonder that if Museveni
directed Kagame and The French are after Kagame today, what makes Museveni safe
under this investigation?
