In my opinion:
Kabwegyere has always thrived on his blatant tribal sentiments. For as long as
I have known and read about him, no Ugandan meets requirements for KKK
credentials better than him. I sat in his class once for an elective where I
discovered his teachings of "Sociology" meant insulting Uganda's tribes from
left to right, North to South in the theatre. I heard him say in a lecture that
Northerners had the filthy habit of dipping their 'kwon' in the same soupbowl
awash with ten other saliva-dripping hands. And while the Southern students
uttered a disgusting 'yeeeeaaaww....!' he turned against them within seconds -
and I am not making this up, if you know Kabwegyere -to say Northerners can't
stand Baganda women because of their boundless generosity for allowing men to
"arrive" anytime at a cost next to nothing. It was our turn to drop hands onto
nameless places and gleefully moan 'daaaaaaiymnnnnn....!'.
I wondered what all these had to do with Sociology. But ehi, such was the
idiot's intro to Sociology. I have no doubt he can sell freezers to the Eskimo.
Certainly, he was no Akiiki-Mujaju (RIP).

I concur with the others, well spoken and please make sure that these seeds
find their way back to Kabwegere. This is not 'frustrating government
'efforts'' to facilitate people 'back to their home' (satellite camps), it is
looking out for the interests of the long suffering people. Was it not the
same Kabwegere who the other day was reported to have made remarks to the
effect of "Acholi should not complain about their land, the land has been empty
and without people for 21 years so it is very fertile now, so no compensation"
. Then sometime back the same fellow said that "they did not provide transport
nor did they facilitate people into the camps, people should go back home the
way they came to the camps"
Kabwegere knows full well that they bombed people into the concentration camps,
therefore by suggesting that people go back the way they came clearly tells you
what his type and government are truly about.
Give him his seeds and let him germinate them in Kampala or give it to his
mother and children and see if he likes. Secondly how can the transportation
of these rotten seeds be so costly. A closer look and you will find that the
lorries that ferry the seeds belong to government officials and the seeds we
already know that 'Pastor' Patience Museveni Rwabogo has been the main supplier
of the concentration camps in Uganda
