Well, this is one of the reasons I say guns cannot be put down in Uganda until
when the NRA/M government is thrown out! There are simply too much stupidity
going on, attempt to continuously dupe people so they don't know exactly how
they are slowly wasted away, while a few connive with foreign forces to
disenfranchise citizens from their natural endowments.
Only guns can stop this!
What patriotism are these so called "Christians", led by Mu7's daughter,
yapping about when million of citizens can barely feed themselves?? Children
who should be in schools are being forced to sell Kabalagala around taxi and
bus parks because their parents have been permanently disenfranchied, while the
Mu7 ship their daughters to go puke babies in some French Riviera hospitals!!
I seriously think these fools are kidding. Over 20 years in power and Uganda
is wasted, yet the so called "Christains" call for patriotism to defend
Kampala, the "City of God"?? Who are these idiots trying to dupe to fight for
them this time around?? Many Ugandans died for them in Luwero plus other places
during the bush so called war of "liberation"! I doubt this time Ugandans are
going to die for the Mu7s should gun violence breaks out again.
I seriusly doubt. Not when the NRA/M government cannot even fight an
epidemic!!

Christians call for patriotism Friday, 7th December, 2007

Nations Church preach to people at Shoprite near the Clock Tower on Wednesday
during the prayer campaign

CHRISTIANS marched through the city on Wednesday to commemorate the annual
Kampala city of God prayer campaign. By 6:00am, Christians from different
churches were already stationed at Clock Tower, Wandegeya along Bombo road,
Namirembe road and Jinja road in T-Shirts with God Bless Kampala, and ready
to march.
The campaign, under the theme Through exalting the upright a city is exalted,
is spearheaded by the Covenant Nations Church run by Patience Rwabwogo,
President Musevenis daughter.
Head of intercessors at Covenant Nations Church Jean Semafumu said: As we
pray, we hope to see the lives of people change positively. Christians have
been praying and fasting for the city and we believe its going to be a city
that glorifies God.
Semafumu asked people to learn to appreciate their nation.
Deborah Kyomuhendo, an elder from the Covenant nations Church, said: For us to
achieve unity, we have to pray and work towards it.
Kyomuhendo also pointed out that God was going to exalt Kampala in all
dimensions if people humbled themselves and prayed because there was nothing
impossible before God.
Pastor David Kiganda of Christian Focus Centre and chairman of the national
fellowship for born again churches in Kampala, said preparatory prayers had
been conducted and 350 pastors participated. The campaign covered the five
Kampala divisions.
Speakers gave biblical references of God showing concern for the growth of the
city and the wellbeing of its people.
Dr. James Magara, the head of intercessors at the Deliverance church, told
hundreds of Christians at Kololo Airstrip that every Ugandan was obliged to be
patriotic and contribute to the wellbeing of the people.
He also pointed out that the church had to change its attitude towards the
Government.
We all need to foster national unity, respect all those in leadership and
participate in the countrys economic activities. We need to remember that all
authority comes from God, he said.
Rwabwogo said: God knows about our city. We declared it to him and we know he
will give us wisdom to live and work according to his will.
