There is also another very systematic problem we have in Uganda leaders,
they have failed to be pushed by Uganda society for competence. Look at this
Utube sad a story as it is and I am still debating in my mind why I do not
post it widely out here for this can actually make more news than Kony 2012.
But isnt this a sad story as the one Kobushenga made on the apology to
Mengo? It was a bad choice for it sells in Uganda so Ugandans as a people do
not go after such silliness, for had you made this Utube as a government
official here, you would make a heading on Globe and Mail come Monday and
life would become atrocious to you.
Come to think about it, what happened to Kobushenga since that stupid Utube?
