Having said this, is just many Ugandans right on this forum that will say some 
thing and mean the opposite.
Many here have made noise confused Ugandans but end up sleeping and eating with 
the same people.
Before he left Uganda while still the ambassador he had praises for nyarwino 
but not until he moved out then he started criticizing him like wise we have 
many hre that are doing that and have detoured the progress and development of 
the country and the region as per say just for their interests.
