Now that Reverend Jessica Nakawombe has decided to lower her standards to that level, allow me to pick up on this one. Just for clarification I am not against announcing the death of individuals, we all die and all will at some point get a break out of this crazy world, but when one of ours die and we announce him in a forum to people that dont know him as was yesterday, the moment we decide to define him as a national loss, I have every right to question his list. Supervising the construction of Namboole honestly simply does not cut it and I am surprised that Kadameri on the intelligence he has, decided to even list that. If supervising such a myopic building makes one a national icon, my God I have supervised many many projects I need to be buried in Kololo. But that was my job and it has absolutely nothing to do with the state of Uganda. This city has 3 plus minus million people, and many are smart, but when they die I do not announce them, I may call those like Dr Owor who we live in this city but in UAH? Nah it is not of any value to anyone. But when Jack Layton passed away I made him a thread in the forum. And why? For Jack was a national icon to me as a Canadian and to you as a Ugandan. What Jack Layton accomplished affected the lives of every Canadian. He started the bicycle lanes in the city of Toronto and today they are in all cities in the country. He stopped to smoke on Air Canada now all air crafts from all countries are not allowed to light a cigar as long as you are in Canadian air space. When a concord was still flying, and the pilot enters a Canadian air space he had to ask permission from the minister to use a supersonic speed in our air space thanks to Jack Layton. Jack was a man that sits in his chair and he makes out a policy to be presented to parliament before anyone thinks about it, every one fights it but at the end of the day it passes to become a national policy. All years I travelled in Air Canada, air buses had a smoking and nonsmoking sections, and you had to put it on booking what class you needed to sit in. To go after smoking on air crafts was not easy for millions of people were smoking and opposed it. But it passed into being a national law. There is no more smoking in offices do you know how many people opposed it? Lots yet it passed into a Federal law, a law to protect all of us as Canadians. What has Kiyimba Kaggwa done in Uganda for me to recognize him as a man of a national value? What policy did he create that you look at today and you remember his name? Can you seriously list one? And the moment the answer to that question comes back with none, then state his death in UAH, go away and very privately bury the crap and shut up !!!!! When we fail to recognize the importance of value in making your life useful, we end up with a whole whack of dead Baboons, to use Gwokto s term, when the country continues to go backwards. And here is the list you have this morning, you go back and remind me what they changed in Uganda, Dr Kisekka, Kaziini, Abayombo, Nebanda, John Oditi, MP Tinkasiimires wife, former MP Nampijjas husband, Arinaitwe Joy Kaliisa, Kigundu former MP for Kyotera, Gen Nanyumba, Henry Balikoowa of Kamuli, Michael Oromite, Stephen Malinga, Abner Nangwale, Omwony Ojwok, Eriya Kategaya, Ateker Ejalu, Suleiman Kigundu, William Nyakatura, James Wapakhabulo, Dr Kibirige Ssebunya, Monsignor Lawrence Mbwega. How can I forget Lakwena? Geez !!!! You know I can do this all day. I can actually spend a whole day listing you the dead Baboons in Uganda, and all of them are being posted in UAH as a national loss. If all these to Ugandans are a national loss, why are women still dropping off the Mulago firkin floors for no one can yank a baby out of them? Just asking !!!!!!! Before that he was just like me in UAH. Tell you what,...! Lets hope the zillion architects working with Chinese firms on the EBB autoroute will also be accorded the same when the ancestors come a'knockin'. And I hope when mine comes all Baboons will acknowledge my contributions to the international UAH agenda and put my name to rest where it belongs and not simply my remains under the cool of Acholi pumpkin leaves. ___________________________________ Gwokto La'Kitgum "Even a small dog can piss on a tall Building", Jim Hightower On Wed, Sep 18, 2013 at 6:43 PM, Herrn Edward Mulindwa <mulin...@look.ca> wrote: Reverend Jessica Nakawombe My daughter never did a God damn thing for Buganda, and I thus never posted her as a very influential person whose death is going to hit Uganda so badly. And just for the record. When you read the way this indvidual was announced, I seriously thought that he was of a value to the state and he had something in Uganda to be listed as such, I asked the question in very good faith, because I do not know all Ugandans. How that annoyed you to that level beats a small mind like mine. When we go in public forums and we praise Bodaboda operators as a national value people, one wonders what empowers Ugandans to be productive. And that honestly should have been your agenda in such a forum for Reverends were trained as administrators till when they started to get the certification on the net. It will be very strange if you are refusing us to know the details of those praised in the forum at death.
