When you have a population that is massively unemployed and has no hope for
future you get them to be piled up whenever you cook food. Go back into all
those photographs and wonder how you can get such numbers. But most are un
employed most pay no bills and most are sitting in Kampala taxi park to cut
holes into bags of old ladies. If you want to lead the population as a
dictator simply push them to uselessness and that is exactly what Uganda
government has done. If you stand up and announce to that population that
Tinyefunza is coming into Entebbe this afternoon they literary walk on foot
to Entebbe to meet him for they expect to eat in Kavuyo. That eating in
Kavuyo denies them rational reasoning that they even forget that Tinyefunza
has been murdering them with a gun for ion years. When Besigye shows up they
line up, when Mugisha Muntu shows up they show up, when Amasiro burn they
show up, when Museveni shows up they show up, for what they do is actually
what we call okwasaamilira nga ebirerya. 9th October they are going to still
show up when Museveni is speaking even though army and police will beat the
crap out of them.
Sadly useless as those people are, Abbey Ssemuwemba defines them as a
political capital. Those are the people that kept on following Dr Kiiza
Besigye in walk to work, it is the very same people that show up at his
house in Kasangati, they are not a political capital but abalebeesi for one
wonders, if Besigye has that kind of support why is he winning only 37%?
Because as they wobble place to place they do not care who wins and they do
not even vote. If I show up in Kampala tomorrow as a Doctor EM from Toronto
in Uganda to stand for presidency, they carry me on their heads till when
they realize I have nothing to give them then they follow Konny. The
population is that screwed up sir. When you look at Mrs. Musisi and the
population she had was the very same population, Abbey Ssemuwemba failed to
see through this and called the woman a political capital. Wapi ndaba mukka
!!!!!!!
So if you go to Uganda to create a serious political opposition today, you
start by getting Police with a beating squad, water canons lets go, chase
all of them back to their homes. You campaign in schools and colleges and
universities and churches. You do not need this Taka taka of Bodaboda
Kampala crap, you instruct Police to beat up every wizle that follow you let
alone walk close to you for they are useless. Then you work out a massive
plan to chase them out of Kampala and urban centers without stating it on
radio. You put money into agriculture and create jobs in villages then they
drive those Pikipiki towards those job. There has to be a certain targeting
of these lumens that are sitting in urban centers for now at this moment
they are a waste of brains and useless. And I am making this point because
Abbey Ssemuwemba as many Ugandans use these numbers to think it is a
political capital when it is not.
What political policy did Mrs. Musisi implement into Kampala to attract all
of them? But food of course !!!!!!!!!!!!

The Kampala Carnival or whatever it is that they are calling it is a
complete waste of tax payers money.... period! Unless of course someone can
educate me on the expected positives from holding it. It wud be interesting
to find out how much the service providers are being paid and how they were
procured. U will be very surprised/shocked with the numbers and whatever
else u find out!
Spending Ugx.890m of tax payers money on extravaganza is myopic and shallow.
KCCA complains of lack of funds to finish the pot holes and we are here
blowing Ugx.600m trying to imitate the Brazilian or Trinidad-Tobago
carnivals?! I am disappointed with Musis on this one! Where are our
priorities?
Musisi was celebrating the city of pot holes, floods, dust, fake Chinese
goods, iron bar hit men, dark streets, garbage, narrow streets, dilapidated
buildings, boda boda menace, traffic cops, thugs, karimojong kids, hawkers,
pick pockets, slums, corruption, zero parking space, sick hospitals, mud,
wetland destruction, all night bars, cheap sluts both men and women,
bufundas, riots, gaping manholes, lodges etc.KCCA is behaving like those who
want to hold weddings of 100m plus budgets when they have no income to
sustain the fairytale lifestyle.
M7 too is Inviting us On 9th October to Celebrate 51 years of facing same
Problems.

IS OUR MAYOR FUGITIVE? Why doesn't he step down. His never been treated with
respect at all. And reason is clear ( anti NRM), How long is he to succumb
