The real world does not plan for the future based on No matter how It is
like Ocen Nekyon that sees a great future in United States for Obama has
been allowed to raise the debt level to run the government to February 7th
when he will ask for another raising of the debt level. What actually Obama
is doing is what we call Okusakirira adukana in Luganda.

mulindwa edward, but killers of Kriuki, Gichuru, Tom mboya, Robert Ouko, are
still at large. Baganda say "bakyaalya butaala." We need a truth and
reconciliation commission before we go East Africa, but we shall go there no
matter how.

Building The East African Community is not going to happen, it is just a
show of the government to hold non critical thinkers at bay, you simply
cannot get countries that have absolutely no common factor in development
and you camp them together. It simply cant work. Then we have internal
differences which are many but I will point out two for now
{a} Uganda authorities can kill anyone in Uganda with absolutely nothing to
answer to. When you look at Kenyas violence in the other election, today we
have the leaders into Hague, but look at the murdering of Moslems by FRONASA
all way from Mbarara to Lake Katwe, the murder of Luwerorians, the murder of
Northerners, the murder of Ugandans in Mukura trains, the murders of
Easterners, the murders of Ugandans in Ruwenzori the list is endless yet
there has never been any one questioned let alone charged. Even Agaba who
shot people in Luzira and on camera is still working for Uganda government
for all Ugandans are expendable to this government.
{b} Uganda has not invested into the country, they have no roads they have
no hospitals no power, they have no infrastructure, what they have invested
into is bars and drinking like monks with a whole whack of fat women on
streets. All wives of highest thieves in the country all way from
presidents children to Nabagereka use outside hospitals for treatment, and
it gets strange for even the opposition as Dr Kiiza Besigye that would plead
for the population also go to Germany for treatment. If countries like Kenya
and Tanzania have built relative infrastructure if you add them with Uganda,
they are going to become their full time patients, honestly do the two
countries want to get a whopping 36 million Ugandans on their pay roll for
they have not bothered to build their infrastructure?
A hope of East African Community is as the hope of selling Uganda oil for
that too will never happen. No let me put it better. If you use the age of 6
as an age a kid can read, if a Uganda kid of age 6 can today sit on a screen
and read this posting, the grand grandchild of that kid will not see a drop
of Uganda oil being sold on world market. So all this noise about The
Community and the oil in Uganda is just exactly that. Noise.

Tanzania's behavior reminds me the late Nyerere's special relation with the
late Obote at the expense of Uganda. l had tried to bury it but if Tanzania
has chosen to be a neo colony of White dominated SOuth Africa, let's have it
our own way.

are Mu7 and Kagame yet they are at the fore front of first trucking! How
come Mu7 has vehemently rejected any talk of federalism in Uganda and he
looks at it on an empire basis! I must commend TZ citizens and leaders for
their visionary leadership. TZ is an ocean of peace and prosperity in the
entire E&Central Africa.

What ruffles me somewhat
Is the rush for a political union. I would have preferred that the group of
the willing(Kenya, Uganda ,Burundi and Rwanda) first forge a strong economic
union at this stage rather than trying to consummate a political union.
A federal East Africa at this early stage is not advisable. We need to do
one thing at a time and do it well.
If its proponents insist on having their way,I am sure the people will
reject it when the matter is subjected to a referendum, as it must be.
By the way, Tanzania could rejoin the club at a later time if she should
wish to do so. But under no circumstance should we waste time waiting for
unwilling partner to make up her mind. We must move on.
