Some of us live in countries where the re are so many different
ethnicity,tribes,races,etc and we have come to tolerate and accept people.
That is such a Howie statement, in those countries you live you do not loot
them but you work fairly and build them, Rwandese are in Uganda to loot
period. In the countries you live you dont pick up their army intelligence
and their money to go and fight your wars, Rwandese actually do. And
Ugandans have accepted Rwandese and many Rwandese are alive today thanks to
Ugandans, dont think that The Hutus started to be hated by the Tutsis
yesterday, they started way long ago. Did you know that the Tutsi king used
to line up Hutus squatting on their feet and as he walked they opened their
mouth and he used to spit into them for a Tutsi kings saliva never drop on
the ground but in a Hutu mouth? Why didnt we have a genocide at that time?
Because a man called Obote used to sit them every day and the Tutsi managed
to build the current genocide because Obote left power and every Monk worked
so hard to build it. We accepted men like Kalimuzo men like Muntonyeras
family over and over. But Rwakasiisi always saw the underbelly in the
Rwandese as they started to look very strange and wanted to turn themselves
into clear looters of our country, the man spoke and we Ugandans refused to
listen. It is strange that men like my self-opposed Paul Kagame to hold a
post in Uganda government and I opposed it in all forums yet Ugandans always
came back and told me that Kagame does not even know where Rwanda is, but to
a critical thinker like myself, Kagame never closed the hate he had on
Uganda let alone the venerability. At the end of the day he took the army
the intelligence and the money and he built the genocide. Let me also state
this, Rwandese will never become Ugandans and with time all of them
including Dr Kiiza Besigye and General Muntonyera and Samson Mande are going
to go back to their country it is only the time. It is shallow to think that
Samson Mande tried to steal Uganda weapons and send them to Kigali but his
son will protect and defend Uganda.
Extrapolate the damage they will have done to Uganda by that departure sir.

How come Obama is referred to as Kenyan? It is all politics. Abbey the first
para in your posting caught my attention and I want to ask "Why do some
Ugandans find it hard (unreasonably) to distinguish between Rwandese and
Ugandans?" The answer is , the usual unadulterated tribal nonsense. On
many occasions and sorry to make it personal< I have been asked (for example
on numerous flights thru Kigali, by some passengers why I have not
disembarked at Kigali Airport). On my return to Canada last August one guy
asked me if I was travelling to Kigali-out of the blue) They base their
questions (though unfairly) on the way I look) They assume that since I look
the way I do I have to go to Rwanda. Some of us live in countries where the

thousands different groups dwells on differences instead of uniting them. In
the Ug case we are not yet ready to live together until we get a president
from the Eastern Region of the country and call him a Kenyan-Awori or
Mafabi.. Now the struggle will be half complete-ie Idi, Apollo, Bazillio
(Sudan),M7( Rwanda), Binaisa,Lule(Buganda?) As I have always said
abomination has no remedy

Rwandese and Ugandans. We are so much intertwined with the English- Luganda
speaking Rwandese in Rwanda who happen to be in power at the moment.
A lot of Luganda and English speaking Rwandese have settled in some parts of
the DRC, and some identify themselves as Ugandans when asked. No wonder, a
Nigerian site is embarrassingly reporting Kagame as the president of Uganda.
Kagame and Museveni seem to have patched things up.........thanks to Andrew
Mwenda, Saleh, and others. They (kagame and Museveni)are trying to keep
Uhuru Kenyata on their side!
Kikwete, on the other hand, is being isolated and does not trust the duo but
they aren't worried about him because he is leaving the presidency soon. The
next guy to take over in TZ will try to do things differently in as far as
Museveni and Kagame are concerned.
