As I am closing down the weekend, I have decided to put some notes towards Uganda parents in diaspora, and for a very good reason, many of us need more information about children and child pedophilia. For some very frustrating reason, society leads us to believe that pedophiles are people with criminal records and people we do not trust. And that is the very misnomer I need to flip with this posting. They are actually your doctors your nurses your teachers and your priests. You will be very surprised at people with criminal records when they are cleaner than your class room teacher. And that is the level of understanding to this issue that I need to lift this discussion to tonight. For some reason The city of Toronto has invested so much in fighting child sex abuse, Metro Toronto Police has a full division to go after sex predators, many jurisdictions in Europe and United States actually refer complex cases to our Police Service for it has way better equipment and man power to go after such cases, and among those investigations, Metro Toronto Police just cracked up a network that exchanges photographs of kids from many countries that we became astounded. Doctors Nurses Teachers and what have you. The very people that any intelligent parent would trust with kids.
