There are so many things Uganda Police can do, and this is just an advice,
when people come to Uganda they always remember the first impression, you
will never impress anyone out of Uganda by standing with an AK47 inside an
airport. You look silly backwards and uncivilized. It is a weapon that must
be pulled out of the airport especially on the arrival lounge and entire
arrival path straight from the tarmac to the luggage collection through
customs. People come in without a knowledge of safety in Uganda, they hear
of wars and wars, and as soon you take your foot off an air craft when your
first site is a man standing with an AK47 it makes you waana board and fly
straight out, for that is not a normal life out of Uganda. After you have
cleared and started to see what is out of the airport yes you will get used
to them for you are in a fifth world and clearly backwards and uncivilized,
that is fine, but inside an airport it creates a very bad first impression.
If I was Kale Kayihura I would pull all of them out and today January 29.

Can Uganda Police clean up Fire Brigade Center
For matter of professionalism, the police force ought to cleaned up the fire
brigade headquarters.
The back yard is awful to the eye. Accident scrap lorries have found a grave
yard here. Police children run up and down in such a filthy place, near
Nakivubo Primary Settlement School. Really children to police officers and
those at Nakivubo Settlement primary will follow in their parents footstep
one doubt if even they will be proper officers who respect the police
code.
Road side food vendors or chapatti makers have also colonized on this space.
Old near to collapsing tents dot the area typifying mama yingiya pole saana
it is grotesque scenery with an almost collapsing main buildings. A relic
of the wonderful years gone by which the African cant take care of.
I really pity these men and women.
