The Chilean Navy has issued a statement that a Tsunami was has just stuck
The North coast of that country. There is not yet a word of high it was, how
deep in land it went let alone what damage it has caused. A Tsunami has
struck The North coast of Chile. The current time by this posting in Chile
is Tuesday, April 1, 2014 at 10 45 PM Chile summer time {CLST}.

We are getting a report of an earthquake in Chile. A preliminary 8.0
magnitude earthquake has hit near the border with Peru. A tsunami warning
has been issued for Chile, Peru and Ecuador. Keep an eye out on that as it
so develops.
