You are failing for you have a very wrong prognosis, Uganda’s problem today is
not that The Movement government is not building structures, the problem is
that Ugandans destroy them. Look I started to fight the movement from when it
was still in Luwero way before it even expected to win the war, I have no
reason to go after it today for its days are honestly done. Just by sheer age
The Movement is done it is only when, my problem today is that even though I
see The Movement out the door, I still will remain with the population that
destroys property. And to me that is the debate you need to join to wonder why
Uganda population is self-destruct than telling me how The Movement has built
Police Stations as if that was Uganda money,. No that is donor money. Let’s
state the facts.
And why this debate? Because I have sat with so many foreign donors that have
decided to abandon Uganda for the population is so stupid to realize that the
infrastructure in their country belongs to them. I will tell you a lunch I had
with a Norwegian girl that had just left Uganda way before Norway stopped to
fund Uganda health. Or cut down. This girl with her beautifully eyes showed me
a recommendation she wrote to her organization that they need to stop funding
Uganda, and to use the very language she used in my face, she said and I quote
“EM Uganda is a beautiful country, people are dying of curable diseases we can
cure, but her population does not give a fuck” Why was she pissed that far?
Because she raised so much money from her country and every machine she brought
to a Uganda hospital failed to survive the first 6 months. It was either looted
sold to Rwanda, or parts were scavenged. Not by Konny not by Boko Haram but by
Ugandans like you and me. It is tough to fund raise, and it is tough to get the
money you need to buy such equipment for you get it from people that work their
behinds off, but I was glad that she joined me in boycotting AID funds into
Uganda. Are people dying? Yes but as long as Ugandans in Uganda do not care I
have no firkin reason to care.
You have posted these Police Stations, I need you to go back and date them, I
need to know when they were opened up and when they were handed over to Uganda
and I need a photograph of each at every end of the month, I can bet you that
six months down the road those very same Police stations will be like Katwe
Kinyoro as the old ones went. And do you know why? Because as I post this
writing, the mategulas are being swindled off the roof to the house near the
station that is being built. Musiimenta Immaculate repost the stations with
dates and I need the gaps of 6 months between each photograph let us see how
Ugandans maintain them. Let me face the noise with facts now that you have even
decided not to promote the donor that built them.
Ugandans are so stupid that as reports state that 46% of teenagers in Kampala
are alcoholics, they are discussing Kenya for the removal of Uhuru Kenyatta
will save Uganda youths. Go
figure that one out !!!!!!! Geeez

Hern Edward Mulindwa, I won't name any. Not that I don't know them, No. I can
even get them on the internet if I wanted. You won't start comparing a banana
republic as they call us with the US. What is our per capita income and what's
that of USA?. You shouldn't even take that line of discussion. I am just trying
