What is rubbish is that The Baganda that have been preaching all along how they
want Besigye to replace Museveni are the very same Baganda that plead for
Buganda Kingdom to stay. They cannot remember that in all aspects Besigye has
been anti-Kingdom. And that failure to think through issues of Uganda is why we
are where we are today, they are going to get Besigye into power and praise him
till when he shuts down the Kingdom. During the 2001 campaign I wrote in Uganda
net that Besigye voted against the reinstallation of kingdoms, barely 10
minutes after I posted that statement, Najanankumbi posted an immediate
statement that I was lying for FDC and Besigye are pro Kingdoms. 2014 Haji
Naduli is stating that Besigye was among those that arrested them in Luwero
war. That in English is defined as consistence sir. Now why did every one miss
it? Because to today it has been a secret that Ssabassajja actually was using
Rwanda to go into the Luwero war and kill our people. Ssekajja that is a very
bold statement to be made public when we cannot back it up factually. Start by
wondering why Ssabassajja and Nabagereka, have never mentioned anything about
Luwero war publicly, a war that was fought in Buganda a region they are
supposed to lead. To these two friends, Luwero war never existed. And I am
challenging you to produce a single statement from either Kabaka or Nabagereka
about the Luwero war the death of our people let alone the massive suffering
they went through, and I need only one statement. You simply don’t have it sir.
Luwero has a can of worms this kingdom simply does not want to get close at
all, and personally I do not blame them.

So Ssabassajja Mutebi walked into Luwero through Rwanda, and Uganda government
knew about it. David Oyite Ojoke was advised that Mutebi is among those killing
Ugandans in Luwero, and Oyite was asked permission so that those that had the
ability to arrest him can arrest him and drive him to Kampala. Oyite walked to
AMO and informed him that Mutebi is in Luwero and among the killers of the
people, and we need to arrest him, Obote turned around and said no. In fact he
made a statement that some I know in this forum can remind me the exact words,
but Obote said in a form of No do not arrest him for you will raise attention
on yourself for nothing. A decision was made not to arrest Mutebi.
Let me add as well that if Obote had not refused to arrest him, Ssabassajja’ s
arrest was going to be very swift for even inside NRA/NRM were many that never
wanted him to be in Luwero let alone into Uganda politics. Those would have
handed him to Kampala and very fast. Here is a good example, and I directly
quote from the Bukedde article” Abaaliwo nga ngiwa Nagenda kwaliko omuduumizi
w’amagye Joramu Tugume, Amanya Mushega, Byemalo, Omulangira Mawuuma. Bwe
baamala okugisoma n’alabira awo ng’abakulu abo ng’ogasseeko Kiiza Besigye
bankutte bansibye!“ End quote. Why was Besigye among those that arrested
Mutebi’ s group in Luwero? Because Besigye was among those that voted against
the reinstatement of the Kingdom, and again I repeat myself if Besigye gets to
power Mutebi walks out of the country. If all these people managed to arrest
Mutebi’ s group why do you think they would never have handed him to Kampala?
But do you know why he survived? Because Obote believed that Mutebi will be
among those in Luwero beaten and left in Luwero. A decision some of us are
still grappling with to today.
I raised Ssabassajja’ s being one of the killers in Luwero way back in the 80’s
and every one complained that I was lying. Today in August of 2014 we have a
documented evidence that Mutebi was in Luwero among those that killed our
people, and you are standing up to threaten me? How shallow can you be? Geeez.
We are praying for Museveni’s departure you will be very surprised at the
evidence we will hand down to arrest all of those killers, Ssabassajja
included. Every blood lost in Luwero will be accounted for sir.
And that is as good as a Canadian dollar.

For a very long time and in very numerous pieces and times, I have stated that
Ssabassajja Mutebi is one of those that were in Luwero and hacking our people
to death, you have faithfully come after me and called me all names. With this
now very official posting that Mutebi was among our killers in Luwero, I need
an official apology into the forum for all abuses and accusations that have
