Uganda that became independent in 1962. Stand up as a Scottish and demand for
independence in 1900 and see how fast you will be blown off earth. That is the
mistake we do over and over to wonder why Baghdad can never be as democratic as

I think there is a lession here to learn from these wazungus in Britain.
UK has been a United country for many many years ..what 100,200 or even 300
years.
When a few scott nationalist within the Scotish community began agitating for
their "ebyyaffe" , the UK instead of suppressing (by force of arms ) the
wishes of a few/of many Scotts , has decide to call for a YES /NO referendum on
the issue. if the Mojority of the Scott vote yes to break away from UK , so be
it, if they choese to stay under UK so be it. either chooses has consequencies.
Ugandans and many tribal groups in Africa should learn from this scott
experiment. the lesson is who ever or what ever tribes wants to break away from
say Uganda, they should be allowed to do so. the fact of the matter is that
One cannot force a people ( who dislike each other) to live together. If the
marraige does not work get a divorce.. of course you carry the debt accrued
while you are married with you.. such should be stipulated in the contract
