There has to reach a point and you agree to let The Movement go. This system is
entirely rotten and it all needs to go sir. Let us remember that one of the
reason we were able to list Obama as a failure on his very first day in office,
he failed to isolate himself from The Republicans, his first secretary of
defense was Gates. Nah that had to be questioned by critical thinkers. Now
there are those that saw no evil into it and simply pounded the slabs with we
have a first black president and never ever talk about him, but the bottom line
remained that Obama never agreed to keep Gates with the rest of Republicans
that are by the way very many, for he needed their expertise, Obama was just
plain stupid. And that stupidity has continued on and on and on and on till
today when Democrats have started to walk away when he starts to speak. On
record Obama has not reached the lows yet, he is still dropping and he is still
going to do more bizarre things just sit and watch. And I can go back to the
posting I have just posted of the weapons last Sunday, honestly this
administration has been pounding the pavement of how they are supplying the
weapons to The Kurds, are you telling me that they never knew all along from
Sunday that the Kurds never received them? Can one spend such amount of money
to send such amounts of weapons and does not get a verification that they
dropped to right hands? And trust me there are way many Utubes out there
showing these things not captured, but dropping to ISIS, except that it is
breaking news for the administration. If that is not an administration lead by
a stupid man tell me what is.
Likewise The friends that came from Tanzania who built UNLF/UNLA, who built the
Obote two government, who built the Tito Okello government, who built the
NRA/NRM, have to go and all of them. It does not matter if you are Besigye it
does not matter if you are Ssemogerere it does not matter if you are Otunnu it
does not matter if you are Norbert Mao, it does not matter if you are
Ssabassajja, because they all collectively have built but supported Museveni to
be in power either directly or indirectly. And what we need to do as Ugandans
that have suffered all this long is to elect new faces that have not been in
politics and throw all these men and women into a commission of inquiry, so
that they get a chance to stand in front of a judge and have their rights
protected by a constitution and tell us what they know. And Abbey Ssemuwemba
there are going to be some specific standards used to qualify for that inquiry,
{a} If you ever served into State Research Bureau you must be dragged in {b} If
you ever served into any of the armed forces including Uganda Army you are
automatically in {c} If you went into Luwero and fought with or against NRA you
are in, and lastly very importantly {d} If you ever left Uganda in the 70’s and
ran to Tanzania you must stand before any one stands. It is imperative that all
of the listed keep their notes safe for they will need them, and if you luckily
died, your estate must keep those notes for they will be needed for you will be
questioned in absentia. There has to be a time Ugandans understand the damage
you did to our country for we will use that information to create a new path
forward.
It is late I gotta go make some money, enjoy the day.

Ahmed,
You, guys, in NRM are giving too much powers to president Museveni. I don't
think it's right for the ruling party to behave like this. What you are likely
to have after the 15th December delegates conference, is a "king" in NRM rather
than a party chairman, and that's very unfortunate. Museveni should listen to
Hajji KK as I understand he raised similar concerns in the recently concluded
NEC meeting at statehouse.

After 1996 elections, a bill was drafted for setting up Movement system
structure. Some had opinion that the National Political Commissar and directors
at the Movement Secretariat should be elected by the National Conference other
than appointed by Chairperson of the Movement.
One of the eraly aspirants was Dr. Kizza Besigye, a former NPC, and Maj. John
Kazzora, a former SDA/DA/CGR/RDC Kabale and Kampala.
There was no doubt that Besigye, bhad already developed preskidential ambitions
and he wanted to use the strategic position to fight from within.
Eventually there was consesus in the 6th Parliament that the NPC and other
directors should be appointed by the Chairperson and approved by the National
Conference.
The Speaker of the 6th Parliament James Wapakhabulo resigned and was appointed
NPC, and according to the then New Vision's Political Writer, Ofwono Opondo, he
was being groomed as a Presidential Successor.
Among the directors appointed was Eng. Winnie Byanyima who was Director of
Information. She never worked and when she spear headed the censure of cabinet
ministers Maj. Jim Muhwezi and Sam Kahamba Kuteesa, among other things, she was
sacked and replaced by Ofwono Opondo.
After 2001 elections, Wapakhabulo was elavated to Third Deputy Prime Minister
and Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Cryspous Kiyonga was made Minister
without portfolio and National Political Commissar.
The NRM background which feared to separate Chairperson of the executive
committee from the legislative organ as a result between the late Prof. Yusuf
Lule and Prof.Edward Rugumayo in 1979, and a clash between the Political
Commission chairperson Godfrey Binaisa and Military Commission, the late Paulo
Muwanga in 1980, in 1986 made Chairperson of NRM to be to be automatically the
Chairperson of /NRA High Command and NRC, and since 2005 the National
Chairperson of NRM is automatically the Chairperson of the Central Executive
Committee, the National Executive Committee and the National Conference.
It is likely that in the coming National Conference meeting in December, the
party constitution is likely to be amended so that the National Chairperson is
likely to get powers to appoint a General Secretary and a Deputy General
Secretary as it is the case with some parties like ANC, to replace a Secretary
General and Deputy Secretary General elected by the National Conference.
