I totally disagree Africa’s problem is never its leaders. All politicians are
the same what we have here is the very same with what your have there,
politicians and all politicians are they die are created in a single cloth,
what can I get away with? The difference is that in this country we the people
have standards and they lead us by those standards. We go after them, and we
attack them day in and day one, when they create a bad law we push them to
repeal it. Many times we win but sometimes we lose. Look at het Patriotic act
in United states, how has it affected Al Qaeda? Has it made any change towards
them? Heck no put it has empowered an American officer to go through the
breasts of an old geezer for she is 90 years old and she might hide a bomb in
them. Patriotic act was a bad law for it never helped us to fight terrorism,
the best way to fight terrorism is the old police laws that we have on books,
in fact in Canada we have arrested them and got convictions for we used the old
Police work system. How many terrorists have actually been arrested through the
patriotic act?

I have discussed Uganda issues for a very long time, anyone who touches Uganda
must include Buganda and Acholis. It is those two that have screwed us all
along. I have spent almost 15 years going after Buganda, and I have gone after
Mengo the Kingdom and on and on, yet no one has ever threatened to murder me.
Absolutely none. Yes they have called me names yes they have said I am not a
Muganda, yes they have stated that I am a Munubbi, yes they have called me an
Acholi but I do not have it on record of any Muganda stating that I need to be
shot. Few days ago I decided to go after Acholis for I have enough details
about them and I need to make them public so that we all discuss Uganda issues
from a leveled ground, and even a 5 months old Acholi is swearing I should be
shot. All way from as high as George Okello to as low as Gwokto. Is it
Museveni and bad leadership instructing them to murder me? Really had I been in
Uganda at this time would have I written this series? Yes we blame Amin we
blame Obote we blame everybody, but I would have been shot in Kampala
restaurant and my computer would have been taken because I stated that actually
the NRA soldiers raping women in Somali are commanded by Peter Gwokto’s
brother. That is enough to murder me without Obote or Amin’s signature. When
you see Acholi’s today literary crying tears for they have been denied a right
to join NRA and defend Museveni, you give up Uganda.

Stop to blame our leaders they are trying also to hide from us because we are
way too fucked up man.

Rwanda bought TL-50 air defense missiles from China: Kanwa

South Africa earlier this year. (Internet photo)

China North Industries Corporation based in Beijing has successfully exported
its TL-50 or Sky Dragon 50 air defense missiles to Rwanda, according to Kanwa
Defense Review, a Chinese-language military magazine based in Canada.

Rwanda is the first and currently the only nation in Africa to use the TL-50.
Designed based on China's PL-12 air-to-air missile, the TL-50 can attack
targets between 20 and 30 kilometers from the ground with an attacking range of
50 kilometers. Kanwa said it is now the most advanced air defense missile in
East Africa, though Rwanda has purchased only a very limited number of the
missiles.

With the ability to track 144 targets, the TL-50 can launch 12 missiles to
intercept 12 incoming targets simultaneously. A photo of the system was shown
at the Africa Aerospace Defense Exhibition this year which shows a single
missile launcher with four launch tubes. Rwanda must have at least four TL-50
launchers as this is the system's lowest operational unit, Kanwa said.

The missile also has fire and forget capability, Kanwa said. However, the TL-50
has not entered service in China, as the PLA has selected the HQ-16 as its
current standard air defense missile.
