They have been running the country since independence, what have they done to
which the rest of society can add? And somewhere Akim Odong said that Acholi
land is developing, I need him to take away what Baganda have invested in
Acholi land and we see what remains. Let us have an accounting system so that
we know what has been achieved and what is needed. My worry is that even though
they have been in power for many years, whatever we have to do in Acholi land
is starting from ground zero. Do you know why that is worrisome? Even if you
build it they will blow it up as they have blown up many other non-Acholi
developments.
History has educated us already that Aboke school was attacked and destroyed by
Acholi. It was their own school with their own children.

We should be worried more about the intentions of people who have failed to
creat conditions in Acholiland and the whole of the north, to stop the
hemorrhaging of all these young men and woman coming south to do zilch, ending
up as security guards or housemaids, with absolutely no good future prospects.
They are not born to live this life of despair, - leaving their homes, only to
die as paupers!!!

I think that both men are wrong, but I see violence trend pushing this
soldier to murder his fellow Ugandans without fear. If this soldier did this in
day light and on camera, seriously how much havoc would have he done if he was
in Luwero a sealed off district? This man had absolutely no looking back when
even a man murdering cows in a slaughter house blinks, that is what frightens
me on this Komakech sir. Now talking about his becoming the protector of this
government officer, because there is so much insecurity in Uganda villages,
people have hired home guards. In fact they guard homes using arrows and all
weaponry you can think about. When you look closely at the private guards hired
in villages as deep as Kyotera, the highest number is of Acholi youths. They
have spread deep into villages as Rakai to an amazing numbers to closely match
the numbers of Rwandese we had in Buganda. What is that about?
Again the numbers of Acholi guards at village level has started to be a concern
to some of us.

Hopefully you understand how ridiculous your hyponosis induced series have
been. They lack real substance. And when you conclude them with a man (who
happens to be a Komakech) killing people with the approval of a government
official, that shows how absurd your series are. Who do you think is more
culpable for these crimes? The body guard or the government officer he is
charged with protecting?

Every single bullet you hear was fired by an Acholi murdering a Ugandan in day
light but on camera. {b} Take a very close look in his face on how determined
