Fix Version/s: 2.2.2S
Added previous samples, and created a new pair of descriptors that are
replacements for the CPM-based MeetingFinderCPE_Integrated.xml:
MeetingFinderAggregate.xml is a standard UIMA aggregate descriptor that
includes all the same components as MeetingFinderCPE, and can be run using CVD
or other tools.
Deploy_MeetingFinder.xml is a uima-as deployment descriptor that can be used to
run MeetingFinderAggregate as a multithreaded CPE.
