Fix Version/s: 2.2.2S
I fixed several typos, omissions, etc. in the uima-as version of changeVersion,
and ran it to set the version of the uima-as to 2.2.2-incubating. I thought
the plan was to attempt a coordinated release of 5 things: UIMA base, UIMA-AS,
Sandbox Annotators, Cas Editor, and UIMA-C++. Of course, if that's not
possible, we can do something simpler - but that was the initial goal :-) .
